Each line is a fixed-fee deliverable, scoped on a free 30-minute consult, no hourly meter, no "request a quote" black box. We work under your NDA, in your standards, and you own every native file.

Scope it
A free 30-minute call with the Principal. We agree the deliverable, the standard and a fixed fee before any work begins.
Produce
Your template, title block and conventions. We draw it the way your studio would, with checkpoints if you want them.
Founder review
The Principal Architect reviews the set before it leaves the studio. Judgement travels with the file.
Deliver
On the date agreed, native files plus PDF, with one revision round built in and your IP handed over in full.

Before you brief us.
What LOD do you model to? +
Whatever the deliverable needs, we work LOD 200 through 400, and agree the target on the brief call so you're not paying for detail you don't need.
Can you match our Revit template? +
Yes. We model in your project template, shared parameters and worksets, and hand back a native RVT that drops into your environment.
Do you coordinate with MEP/structural consultants? +
We run clash detection in Navisworks and manage the resolution log; we coordinate directly with your consultants if you'd like us in the loop.
Can you work inside our existing model and live worksets? +
Yes. We work in your central model with assigned worksets and follow your sync and naming protocol, so nothing breaks your file. If you would rather keep us in a linked model, we do that too. You set the boundary.
