D How we work on this
From your brief to a delivered set, with a Principal on it.
Scope it
A free 30-minute call with the Principal. We agree the deliverable, the standard and a fixed fee before any work begins.
Produce
Your template, title block and conventions. We draw it the way your studio would, with checkpoints if you want them.
Founder review
The Principal Architect reviews the set before it leaves the studio. Judgement travels with the file.
Deliver
On the date agreed, native files plus PDF, with one revision round built in and your IP handed over in full.
E Is this a fit?
A studio partner, not the cheapest hour on the internet.
A good fit if…
- You need production capacity without losing design intent.
- You have a house standard, template, title block, layers, you want followed exactly.
- You would rather a fixed fee and a named Principal than an hourly black box.
- You value a senior set of eyes on the work before it reaches you.
Probably not, if…
- The only thing that matters is the lowest possible hourly rate.
- You want someone to invent the design from scratch with no brief.
- You would skip the founder review to save a day, it is the point.
G Questions
Before you brief us.
Who actually does the review? +
Ar. Pooja Kothari, Principal Architect, personally. This is founder time, sold as a product. It is the bridge between our production work and real design judgement.
What kinds of sets do you review? +
Schematic through CD, interiors or architecture, and competition entries. If a senior set of eyes would help, it's in scope.
Can we use this without buying production? +
Absolutely, many studios start here. It's also the cleanest way to test whether Aalekh thinks the way you do before handing over production.
Will you redline our work or just critique it? +
Both. You get a directly marked-up file with corrections, plus the reasoning so your team learns the pattern, not just the fix. It is a Principal Architect's review on demand, without adding a senior hire to payroll.
