Each line is a fixed-fee deliverable, scoped on a free 30-minute consult, no hourly meter, no "request a quote" black box. We work under your NDA, in your standards, and you own every native file.

Scope it
A free 30-minute call with the Principal. We agree the deliverable, the standard and a fixed fee before any work begins.
Produce
Your template, title block and conventions. We draw it the way your studio would, with checkpoints if you want them.
Founder review
The Principal Architect reviews the set before it leaves the studio. Judgement travels with the file.
Deliver
On the date agreed, native files plus PDF, with one revision round built in and your IP handed over in full.

Is this a full-time hire? +
It's a dedicated person for the month, working only on your work, without the cost, HR or ramp-down risk of a permanent hire.
How is this different from a CAD shop? +
Two things: the person is dedicated and consistent, and a Principal Architect quality-checks the output. You get continuity and judgement, not a ticket queue.
Can we start small? +
Yes, most studios start with one resource on one project, then scale once the rhythm is proven.
What happens when our pipeline slows down or spikes? +
