Scope it
A free 30-minute call with the Principal. We agree the deliverable, the standard and a fixed fee before any work begins.
Produce
Your template, title block and conventions. We draw it the way your studio would, with checkpoints if you want them.
Founder review
The Principal Architect reviews the set before it leaves the studio. Judgement travels with the file.
Deliver
On the date agreed, native files plus PDF, with one revision round built in and your IP handed over in full.

Why interiors specifically? +
It's where our portfolio is deepest, 20 of 24 delivered projects. We know how interior packages are built, detailed and procured, so the documents hold up on site.
Do you produce FF&E to a budget? +
Yes, spec to a target budget or to a fixed product list; we structure the book for procurement either way.
Can the 3D match the drawings exactly? +
That's the whole idea: documentation and visualization come out of the same studio, so what's rendered is what's drawn.
Can you build the spec book from our vendor and product list? +
Yes. Send us your selections, vendor links, or a rough schedule and we produce the full book: tagged, scheduled, and formatted to your layout. We chase missing cut sheets and flag gaps before it ships.
