A Bangalore builder hands over a flat with basic flooring, a bare kitchen and no storage. Everything that makes it liveable is still to come. Doing that piecemeal is where flats go wrong. We design the whole unit in one pass, so every room agrees with the next.
- ADecide what stays. We check the builder flooring, doors and bathrooms and keep what is worth keeping. That way the budget goes to what shows.
- BStorage that fits. Wardrobes, kitchen, utility and the odd corners a standard flat wastes. We draw them to your things, not to a catalogue.

In a Bangalore apartment the association is a real constraint. Ignore it and work stalls halfway. Most societies want a work application and an interior deposit, and they fix working hours. They also control waterproofing, plumbing changes and anything touching the facade or grilles. We plan the project around these rules from the start.
- APaperwork ready. We prepare the work application, drawings and deposits the management committee asks for before work starts.
- BWet areas done right. We handle waterproofing and drainage to the society standard. A leak into the flat below is the fastest way to a shutdown.
- CFacade untouched. Grilles, balcony glazing and the outside face stay within what the association permits. So nothing gets torn out later.

Before you brief us.
Do you design 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartment interiors? +
Yes. Most of the apartments we do are 2 and 3 BHK flats, with the odd compact studio or penthouse. The plan changes with the layout, but the approach is the same. You get a full design in 3D, and you approve it before any money is spent.
Can you take a raw builder handover flat to a finished home? +
Yes, that is our most common apartment brief. We take the bare handover unit and decide which builder finishes to keep or replace. Then we design the flooring, false ceiling, joinery and kitchen. We design the wardrobes, lighting and the loose layer too. It all adds up to one home, not a set of rooms.
Who handles society and builder approvals for the work? +
We help you through them. Most Bangalore societies ask for a work application, an interior deposit and fixed working hours. They also have rules on wet-area waterproofing and on facade or grille changes. We prepare the drawings and documents the association asks for, so your work is not stopped midway.
I am an NRI landlord. Can you furnish my flat while I am abroad? +
Yes. We run apartment projects fully over video for owners abroad. You get 3D walkthroughs before you commit, weekly photo and video reports from site, and a single channel for approvals. It is a common brief for owners letting out or keeping a Bangalore flat.
Do you only do full flats, or smaller scopes too? +
We prefer full-home interiors, because the rooms then hold together. But we do take smaller scopes, such as a kitchen and wardrobes, or a living and dining refresh. We will tell you honestly on the call whether a partial scope will give you the result you want.
