A Bangalore builder hands over a flat with basic flooring, a bare kitchen and no storage. Everything that makes it liveable is still to come, and doing it piecemeal is where flats go wrong. We design the whole unit in one pass so every room agrees with the next.

In a Bangalore apartment the association is a real constraint, and ignoring it stalls work halfway. Most societies want a work application and an interior deposit, fix working hours, and control waterproofing, plumbing changes and anything touching the facade or grilles. We plan the project around these from the start.

- BWet areas done right. Waterproofing and drainage handled to the society standard, because a leak into the flat below is the fastest way to a shutdown.

Do you design 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartment interiors? +
Yes. Most of the apartments we do are 2 and 3 BHK flats, along with the occasional compact studio or penthouse. The plan changes with the layout, but the approach is the same, a full design in 3D that you approve before any spend.
Can you take a raw builder handover flat to a finished home? +
Yes, that is our most common apartment brief. We take the bare handover unit, decide what builder finishes to keep or replace, and design flooring, false ceiling, joinery, kitchen, wardrobes, lighting and the loose layer into one coordinated home.
Who handles society and builder approvals for the work? +
We help you navigate them. Most Bangalore societies require a work application, an interior deposit, fixed working hours and rules on wet-area waterproofing and facade or grille changes. We prepare the drawings and documents the association asks for so your work is not stopped midway.
I am an NRI landlord. Can you furnish my flat while I am abroad? +
Yes. We run apartment projects fully over video for owners abroad, with 3D walkthroughs before you commit, weekly photo and video reports from site, and a single channel for approvals. It is a common brief for owners letting out or keeping a Bangalore flat.
Do you only do full flats, or smaller scopes too? +
We prefer full-home interiors because the rooms then hold together, but we do take focused scopes such as a kitchen and wardrobes, or a living and dining refresh. We will tell you honestly on the call whether a partial scope will give you the result you want.
