What drives the cost of an office interior in Bangalore? +
Cost follows scope, not square footage alone. The main drivers are the condition of the base shell, how much you build in bespoke joinery versus loose furniture, the level of the meeting and reception areas, services such as air conditioning, electrical and networking, acoustic treatment, and the finish grade you choose. We plan the layout first so you spend where it changes how the office works, not on decoration.
How long does an office fit-out take? +
It depends on the size of the floor plate, whether the base building is ready, and how much bespoke joinery is involved. Design and drawings run in parallel with landlord and statutory approvals, and execution follows once the layout is signed off. We give you a stage-wise programme on the brief call so you can plan your move.
Do you work in an occupied office without shutting us down? +
Yes. We phase the work so your team keeps operating, sequencing zones, scheduling noisy work outside core hours where the building allows, and protecting live areas. It takes more planning than an empty shell, so we build that into the programme from the start.
Do you take on small offices and single floors? +
Yes. A small office is where good planning matters most, because every square foot has to work twice. We design compact workplaces for startups and small firms with the same discipline as a full floor plate.
Can we hire you for design only, or do you deliver turnkey? +
Either. We can hand you a documented design set to build with your own contractor or project manager, or stay on through execution with site supervision, vendor coordination and quality checks. You set the boundary on the brief call.
