Most office interiors in Bangalore are sold as a build-out. A contractor takes a floor. He fills it with a standard grid of desks and a glass cabin or two. Then it is handed back. It looks finished, but it works against you within a year. Nobody asked how your team actually spends the day.

Plan and 3D
Zoning, layouts, materials and 3D walkthroughs. You approve the workplace before any spend is committed.
Founder review
The Principal Architect reviews the full set: planning, acoustics, light and detail. Then it goes to site.
Execute or hand over
We can stay on through the fit-out, with site checks and vendor coordination. Or we hand you a build-ready set for your own contractor.

What drives the cost of an office interior in Bangalore? +
Cost follows scope, not square footage alone. Two things set the baseline: the shell's condition, and how much bespoke joinery you use versus loose furniture. The finish level of the meeting and reception areas matters too. So do services: air conditioning, electrical, networking and acoustic treatment, and the finish grade you choose. We plan the layout first. That way you spend where it changes how the office works, not on decoration.
How long does an office fit-out take? +
It depends on the floor plate's size, whether the base building is ready, and how much bespoke joinery is involved. Design and drawings run alongside landlord and government approvals. Execution follows once the layout is signed off. We give you a stage-wise programme on the brief call. So you can plan your move.
Do you work in an occupied office without shutting us down? +
Yes. We phase the work so your team keeps operating. We sequence zones, schedule noisy work and protect live areas. This is done outside core hours where the building allows. It takes more planning than an empty shell. We build that into the programme from the start.
Do you take on small offices and single floors? +
Yes. A small office is where good planning matters most. Every square foot has to work twice. We design compact workplaces for startups and small firms. We use the same discipline as a full floor plate.
Can we hire you for design only, or do you deliver turnkey? +
Either. We can hand you a documented design set, to build with your own contractor or project manager. Or we can stay on through the build, with site checks, vendor coordination and quality checks. You set the boundary on the brief call.
