Whitefield is a city of gated communities and tech-corridor towers. Much of it is owned by people who do not live in it yet. We are an architect-led studio here for villa and apartment interiors. We work within community bye-laws and run the whole project over video for owners posted abroad.

Built for the eastern corridor.
Whitefield grew from a quiet Anglo-Indian settlement into Bangalore's eastern IT hub after ITPL opened. The houses here still show that history. There is very little loose plotted land. Almost all of it is a gated community built by a builder. That sets the terms of what we can change and what we design around.
- AApartments on the tech corridor. Two, three and four BHK flats run from roughly 1,000 to 2,500 square feet. You will find them in townships off Varthur Road, ITPL Main Road, Nallurhalli and Kadugodi. Many hand over as a bare shell, or one that is partly finished. We design the home from the slab up.
- BGated villas and row houses. Three and four BHK villas in communities such as Palm Meadows and Prestige Ozone. Here, the facade and structure are fixed by the builder. We work the interiors and any permitted layout changes hard, inside those rules.
- CNRI-owned investment homes. A large share of Whitefield's homes are owned by people working in the US, the UK and the Gulf. We design and deliver these over video. The owner never has to fly in to decide.

One local thing we plan for
Heat, glare and the monsoon.
Two things shape our drawings here from day one. Flats that face west and look over the tech parks take real afternoon heat and glare. So we plan the glass, the shading and the materials to keep rooms usable without running the air conditioning all day. The low ground near Varthur lake takes heavy water in the monsoon. That changes how we detail balconies, thresholds and any ground-floor villa work. A Whitefield home is often a retreat from a long commute. So we design for calm and cross-ventilation, not just for the photograph.

Do you design interiors for Whitefield gated communities? +
Yes. Most Whitefield homes we ask about sit inside gated communities, such as those off Varthur Road and ITPL Main Road. We design within the community bye-laws. The facade and structural walls stay compliant. The interior becomes fully yours.
Can you handle a Whitefield home while the owner lives abroad? +
Yes. Whitefield has a high share of NRI owners. We run those projects over video. You get 3D walkthroughs before any spend, weekly photo and video reports, and courier samples where needed. That way, you can decide clearly, from any time zone.
Do you take on both apartments and villas in Whitefield? +
Both. We do full-home interiors for 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments on the tech corridor. For row villas and independent villas in gated communities, we also handle light structural and layout changes. We stay inside what the builder rules allow.
How far is your studio from Whitefield? +
Our studio is in Basavanagudi, in South Bangalore. Whitefield is roughly an hour away by road, depending on traffic and time of day. We plan site visits around that. Much of the review happens over video, so you are not waiting on traffic to decide.
Can you start from a bare builder handover? +
Yes. Many Whitefield flats hand over as a bare shell, or one that is partly finished. We take it from that state through flooring, false ceilings and joinery. We handle the electrical and the finishes too. All of it is sequenced, so you are not paying for detail before the plan is settled.
